Work Group Training

Luxury needs roots

The MEISTERKREIS is committed to the development of joint activities in recruiting and education. This would on the one hand include a unified appearance at Germany’s leading universities and the targeted further education and promotion through mentoring programs and exclusive workshops; on the other, it means a long-term policy including the development of specialised study programmes and/or scholarships in cooperation with the government.

Broadening Horizons with the MEISTERKREIS Express Training Programme

While the sectors represented by the companies connected through the MEISTERKREIS are highly diverse, they do have one thing in common: discerning customers. The quality of service delivered by staff is therefore decisive for determining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Even though basic and advance staff training will differ according to sector, the provision of service affords similar areas of application for new methods and an opportunity to compare notes.

The training programme established by the MEISTERKREIS in cooperation with four member companies intends to achieve just that and is the first of its kind. The idea is to link up different sectors to enable insights to be gained into the different service cultures of the participating companies. The various methods and application techniques employed by these sectors will broaden horizons and enable participants to become familiar with the full range of services that can be provided.

Selected employees from the four participating companies – Brenner’s Park Hotel & Spa, Dior Fragrances, Lufthansa and Montblanc – will have an opportunity to spend four weeks at each of the other three companies. In just three months, these employees will therefore be able to gain insights into three different corporate and service cultures, all of which pursue their own approaches with regard to the provision of basic and advance staff training. Ultimately, each of the four companies will be able to use the knowledge gained to facilitate their own corporate development.
